Website access information
The website no longer provides an online inquiry form and does not ask visitors to submit names, company details, email addresses or business material online. For security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, the server may process necessary access logs such as request time, requested address, browser information and network address.
Phone contact
When you call the public business number, you may choose to provide your name, team, contact details and the use case you want to discuss. Do not send unredacted customer reports, account passwords or other sensitive material through unconfirmed channels.
Purpose and minimization
Contact information is used only to answer inquiries, discuss product or deployment needs, and support necessary security management. We minimize the information processed, do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising profiles.
Historical online inquiries
Inquiries previously received through the website remain subject to the existing access controls and are retained for no more than 180 days by default; administrators may delete them earlier. The current website no longer creates online form inquiries.
Your rights
You may call the public business number to request access, correction or deletion of contact information you previously provided. We will act after verifying the request.
