Privacy Policy

This policy applies to demo requests and contact features on centreeai.com. It does not replace data-processing terms for a specific customer deployment of MODOX.
Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, company and work email, plus any phone number, role, capability interest and request description you choose to provide. We also process necessary network information for security and rate limiting, together with the source page and UTM parameters.
How we use it
We use this information only to answer inquiries, arrange demonstrations, follow up on business needs, prevent abuse and maintain inquiry records. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising profiles.
Retention and security
Inquiries are retained for 180 days by default and may be deleted earlier by an administrator. We use access control, redacted logs, rate limiting and data minimization. A notification email failure does not remove the stored inquiry.
Sharing and processing
Only authorized business and system administration staff may access inquiry data within their responsibilities. Infrastructure and mail service providers may act as constrained processors where necessary to deliver the service.
Your rights
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information submitted with your inquiry. We will act after verifying the request.
